Name Finalization – Once the order is placed, the name provided cannot be changed or modified later. Please double-check before submitting your details.
Payment Policy – Orders will only be confirmed after full payment is received. No partial payments or reservations will be accepted.
No Returns/Exchanges – All products are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Size Confirmation – Please ensure you select the correct size while ordering. The organizers will not be responsible for issues related to wrong size selection.
Delivery Timeline – As each product is customized, delivery will take 15–20 days from the date of order confirmation. Any unforeseen delays due to printing, logistics, or external factors will be communicated in advance.
